The AAO hosts workshops, webinars, and disorder-specific plenary sessions every month of the year and typically hosts an annual conference in September or October. The advocacy arm of the AAO works with legislators and politicians to ensure that member physicians are working in compliance with the law and that government bodies provide the most favorable conditions for ear, nose, and throat doctors in their respective states.
